OPRE needs a way to track and manage projects, agreements and budget lines. A project is a body of work composed of agreements that share a common topic or theme (often a research-related agenda or goal). An agreement is a defined piece of work internal to OPRE or between OPRE and external contractors. All agreements are comprised of budget lines to allocate funding from different sources towards different initiatives or projects.
