Deleted challenges will still appear in the challenges screen

Describe the bug
I created a challenge myself and then decided to delete it, but when I finished in the web version, I was still able to see it in the app. Even when I reloaded the content, it didn't work. I logged out and cleared the data, then logged back in and finally found the challenge cleared.

To Reproduce
Try to follow the above description.

Expected behavior
Deleted tasks should no longer appear.
