Please add option to disable the VCRuntime not installed nag

Hello!

Thank you for creating this awesome launcher.

I would like to disable the "VCRuntime not installed" nag I get everytime opening Heroic. I prefer to not install stuff that I don't need. All games I play work without these specific redists. It's especially annoying when closing the popup doesn't just close it but opens my default browser to download these executables that I don't even need, e v e r y s i n g l e t i m e I open Heroic.
