[Bug] Second wallet reset in a row fails #760

Steps to reproduce on Windows

import wallet

app refreshes

reset extension

app restarts and wallet is reset

import wallet

app refreshes

reset extension

app closes but does not restart
- testFile.txt is not written to with debug logs on so the reset exe must not have run this time

This is reproducible 100% of the time

The workaround is the user must launch HyperPlay again and then click reset again. This workaround works 100% of the time when tested
