how to use IdentityServer3 in the webform with .net framework 4.0

I have trouble with this question.I can't find openid-connet and other dll on the nuget with .net framework 4.0.Has Anyone any advise?

but it is not for .net framework 4.0 .，much owin dll can't support .net framework 4.0

You will have to perform the protocol manually then. Follow the steps in the spec.
