getting Error for --locus [[2024-03-26 12:32:51.907] [error] Error loading locus ATN1: Locus ATN1 must specify reference regions for 1 variants] #66

Getting below error at --locus, while running below command :

./REViewer \
  --reads <BAMlet generated by ExpansionHunter> \
  --vcf <VCF file generated by ExpansionHunter> \
  --reference <FASTA file with reference genome> \
  --catalog <Variant catalog> \
  --locus <Locus to analyze> \
  --output-prefix <Prefix for the output files>
