Possible to listen to specific instances of a multi-instance counter?

We run a set of sites on a server, each with different application-pools. We'd like to get distinct stats from the instance of w3wp that serves a particular site; is that possible?

By the way, thanks for creating this; we were about to go down the path of rolling our own, via powershell, too...
