tkldev-clone: make tkldev the top level command; and clone a sub command

Essentially like git COMMAND or tklbam COMMAND. It could be as simple as a bash file with a case statement.

Note, shouldn't be trying to replace git (or anything else). But making common strings of commands replaceable by a single command (perhaps with some switches) makes a ton of sense to me.
