[3.0.207][64bit] Microsoft Surface Book i7 - Touchscreen doesn't work

I've a problem with touchscreen on this device, none works, with pen or finger... Only touchpad works, even when I disable experimental feature in options.
Please help.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Do a fresh install on hard drive, reboot
2. Try to use touch screen

I'm having the same problem, just installed RemixOS on my Microsoft Surface Pro 4, the touchscreen doesn't work, so it's pretty useless when used as a tablet. The keyboard and touchpad work, except the scroll direction seems to be reversed (same as it is on a Mac compared to Windows)
