Observed on which node?
Which tables did you try to truncate at once?
Did you finally do them successfully one by one?

This was observed in olt mgmt cpro node. Tables are following

  • SMPPS
  • UCPS
  • TPIPS

It happened the first time and then, tried again and then it worked. But after that every attempt resulted in the similar error
