SCTS definition

Service Centre Time Stamp (SCTS) in DDMMYYHHmmss.
For a SM this is the time stamp of the SM itself. For a Notification,
this is the time stamp of the corresponding SM.

Following is an example of message that when decoded and encoded does not produce the same.

01/00103/O/52/90031/07711121212/////////////100818102320////3//74657374206D657373616765///0//////////BE

Since scts is changed the checksum is also being changed.
