Auto mode not available on Sonoff TRVZB zigbee TRV

Hello
I just purchased a Sonoff TRVZB zigbee smart TRV.
It has 3 HVAC modes that are
hvac_modes: off, auto, heat

Better thermostat don't recognize the auto mode, it only has
hvac_modes: heat, off

I tried to play with the

"If auto means heat for your TRV and you want to swap it Some climates in HA used the mode auto for default heating, and a boost when mode is heat. This isn’t what we want, so if this is the case for you, check this option."

But I don't any difference in the hvac_modes for BT

Is there something I'm missing?

Hi, same for my TRVZB, but that does not seem to be an issue as they work as intended.

Do the open window state works in your installation?
I don't have an open window dedicated sensor but TRV has its integrated algorithm that control rapid drops in temperature.
This doesn't seem to set BT in window_open: true
