Outside thermometer

What is a better thermometer for integration action. A thermometer that sends information about the temperature more often (ble) or one that does it less often (zigbee).

My understanding is that BT is taking action when the temperature is changing. (At least what I saw in the logs)
I would tend to say that the frequency is not so important if the thermometer is well notifying the changes.
