I have Tado TRVs and i want to use the heating plan, which is configured in the Tado app.

At the moment it isn't possible, because the BT integration is like the master and sets the TRVs to manual mode.

It would be beautiful, if there's an possibility to change temperatures in BT but after eg. 30 mins the scheduled Timeblock from the app continues.

You can try enable the option "auto instead of heat" in BT, and use offset calibration mode (i.e. BT is just bi-directionally syncing the target temp changes between BT and the TRV). So when the next scheduled change kicks in, it should revert both entities to the "planned" temperature.

For more advanced cases, you'll have to have to implement the logic yourself as automation, as it doesn't make sense to implements everyone's unique Workflow in BT with dozens of options and variables. Feature request #1446 will allow disabling TRVs from being controlled by BT, so you could run them again "uncontrolled" and let them do whatever.

Also, you maybe wanna consider setting up your schedule(s) in HA instead, I mean there's a dedicated helper for that, and it would avoid your issue as a whole as well.
