Option to export current knossos general settings and/or individual mods.

Features:
-Probably ZSTD compression, if not, LZMA2, but i want to reduce dependency on the 7z cmdline tool looking forward for 2.0 in 2025.
-Import/Export mod versions
-Import/Export Knet general settings.
-Compressed file spliting(max size per part).
