To keep inline with 4844 spec change the verify_proof, verify_blob_kzg_proof, compute_blob_kzg_proof should accept bytes for Field elements and Affine points and treat it as big endian format and Affine points as serialized compressed, than accepting the Fr elements and Affine points directly.
