As a user, how do I delegate access to only parts of my data?

Situation: Someone I don’t particularly trust is asking for access to my data

Answer: If you don’t trust them, dont grant them access. If you partially trust them you can parameterize your capability grants so that only data your comfortable sharing is accessed. Depending if they turn out to be trustable/untrustable you can later amplify/attenuate their capabilities.
