<p>我是计算机系老师卢策吾，我们的MVIG lab诚邀大家加入我们实习。本人基本情况为：</p>
<ol>
<li>被《麻省理工科技评论》35位35岁以下科技精英（MIT TR35）。</li>
<li>发表（录用）CCF-A类近100篇，如2022年发表CVPR论文10篇；于《<b>Nature</b>》正刊（计算机视觉相关第一篇），《<b>Nature</b>》机器智能子刊发表文章（上海交大第一篇）。</li>
<li>求是杰出青年学者（近三年唯一AI方向）。</li>
<li>入选国家青年千人计划。</li>
<li>2022爱思唯尔Elsevier中国高被引学者。</li>
<li>科学中国人杰出青年科学家。</li>
<li>《Nature》《Science》审稿人。</li>
<li>回国前为斯坦福大学人工智能实验室（导师：李飞飞，Leo Guibas）博后。</li>
<li>担任NeurIPS，ICCV，CVPR等顶级会议的领域主席（Area Chair）。</li>

<h3>实验室简介</h3>
<p>实验室研究方向为计算机视觉（Computer Vision）和机器人智能（Robot Learning），是人工智能的一个重要分支。为了感性了解计算机视觉，我们可以先看几个视频，以下各视频均来自我们实验室的研究：

目前计算机视觉有很多前沿的问题需要探索，我们组一直致力于突破性和探索性的研究。我们组目前方向是三维视觉，行为理解，智能机器人视觉，具体可以看我们<a href="https://www.mvig.org/index.html" target="_blank"> 主页。</a>
</p>
<h3>研究生团队</h3>
<p>我们实验室有非常高水平的博士/硕士团队，可以为本科实习生的科研学习提供指导帮助：</p>
<ul>
<li>整个实验室硕士博士生中有10余名同学曾是交大本科所在系的前五名；</li>
<li>博士生有发表多篇一作顶会论文和高水平期刊经历；</li>
<li>研究生团队在各大知名科技公司（MSRA，腾讯，阿里，字节，华为，商汤等）有实习经历，部分毕业生已到上述公司任职。</li>
</ul>
<h3>对本科生培养</h3>
<p>我们致力于“world-class research， world-class students”，给学生于充分的指导。我们的培养分为三个阶段:</p>
<ol>
<li>培训掌握基本算法和技术；</li>
<li>参与研究项目，在老师和高年级学长带领发表一篇co-author论文；</li>
<li>在老师指导下独立发表一作顶会论文。</li>
</ol>
<p>我们希望培养的学生不只为发表论文，更重要的是能获得真正研究能力，以及AI学科的全局视野和底层逻辑。虽然我们实验室2017年才开始，但在本科生培养上还是取得不错成绩：</p>
<ul>
<li>本科生发表一作顶会平均 4.7人次/年，非一作顶会15人次/年；</li>
<li>最高纪录为一位本科生发表8篇顶会论文（5篇一作），并且被TPAMI/CVPR/ICCV/IJCV邀请为审稿人。</li>
</ul>
<h3>本科生未来发展</h3>
<p><strong>保研/直博：</strong>实习的学生表现优异的优先保研，目前研究生大部分来自本科实习生。<b>若实习期内表现突出且能够获得推免资格，实验室会竭尽全力为大家提供组内的保研机会。</b></p>
<ul>
<li>有拿到北美计算机前十AI博士全奖的学生，最后选择在我们实验室读博。</li>
<li>本科实习生在研究生入学前可接触到完整的科研流程，有独立科研的能力，绝大部分都有自己署名的publication。</li>
<li>实验室与国内各大科技公司有广泛合作，研究生可以内推实习和就业。</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>出国：</strong>本人回国任教前在斯坦福大学人工智能实验工作，与大量在美国名牌大学任教的朋友、同学合作融洽，目前在本科生培养上一直与北美名校（特别是四大）保持有广泛的合作。以下为3年内在我们实验室实习过的本科生未来发展统计数据：</p>
<ul>
<li>Stanford博士1人，MIT 博士5人，UCB博士2人，CMU博士2人；</li>
<li>四大（MIT，Stanford，UCB，CMU）实习offer一共20个。
</ul>
<h3>申请方式</h3>

<h3>特别说明</h3>
<p>部分同学可能听说我们组内只招收GPA高的学生，这里希望能够澄清一下。我们认为科研水平和考试成绩不是直接相关的，很多成绩不是很突出的学生仍旧在本科阶段成功发表一作顶会论文。MVIG实验室诚邀所有学有余力的同学来组内实习。</p>
