When adding more then 1 expense to an envelope unable to edit Amount or frequency for these expenses.

Summery
When attempting to add more then one expense to an envelope. On any expense other then the 1st one you are unable to edit the amount field or frequency field instead the cursor is placed back in the name field for the expense and any attempt to move it back to the amount or frequency field pushes it back to the name field.

Repro Steps

1. Start the app
   2, Tap and hold on an envelope
2. Select "Setup Envelope"
3. Tap the add expense button twice
   5, Select the amount field of the second expense
4. Note the cursor goes to the name section of the expense selected.
