因为我看里面是直接默认用的udpsocket，所以想能不能kcp做成一个通用基础库 只要实现某些trait 就可以 而不用关心底层协议用的是udpsocket还是rawsocket。

这里我找到两个类似的实现，不过写的都没你这个好 还有很多没有完成的地方。
