Add Mapping Flight State

Problem

SUAS 2025 includes a new mapping task in the mission demonstration.

Solution

Add a mapping state to the state machine that flies the drone over the mapping area in a manner suitable for creating a map.

Additional Information

Read the Mapping section of the SUAS 2025 rules.
