Show still possible options when rebasing

When doing a rebase with interactive tool the "commented part" of the rebase is not shown.
Which I think is very helpfull as it lists all information about the rebase, what options are possible and what they mean.

Would like to have this information still below the rebased commits like in the gits default rebase (not editable) just showing it:
