Why is there still no perfect connection device in the update tools?

Certain countries will have 100%(If the IP is good) and every other country will have 75% even if the IP is good. The 100% countries are Canada, US, Japan, South Korea, Germany and France.

are u able to farm properly in this version?

i mean, the script are connecting new devices at dashboard and the points are increasing?
