We'd like to be able to use external packages (such as ILAMB) to generate additional diagnostics, and then include plots and diagnostics in the CUPiD output webpage.

We need a mechanism for cupid-run to launch these external packages -- maybe we can create dummy notebooks that just launch the executable, but cupid-build would not generate HTML for these notebooks
