Map for opto-electric switch inputs

Today I tried to just run the offline laser on MPD 4. I set it up to scan only a single laser but the initialization function would always switch the wavemeter 2x1 switch to the online wavelength. This is true because online is typically place 0 in the array and offline is typically place 1. So when scanning laser 0, it tried to switch the 2x1 switch to the wrong location. This should be fixable by adding a map to program to track what fiber is where in the switch.
