Has anyone been able to run the DCMS or stat_to_pvalue commands without this error showing up?
Error in if (class(try(df.vars[subset, ], silent = TRUE)) == "try-error") stop("subset must contain valid indexes for choosing rows in dfv") :
the condition has length > 1
Previously, running the command on older versions of R used to somehow bypass this problem but as of recently after some reinstallations and updates trying to run DCMS seems to not work no matter what I change (including messing with the data, the scripts, the indexing, version numbers, dependencies, etc)
If anyone successfully ran these functions recently, can you please share how you did so?
Thank you
