Create NINA-R-analysis Quarto-template

With some basic styling, and (perhaps) short example code for common NINA-related R-stuff.
Could maybe be a part of or at least incorporate the styler commit checks implemented in https://github.com/NINAnor/nina-template-r

I have a quarto template in the works. But am happy for inputs.
