Plugin needs to be signed to work with Grafana 8

@kfot have you checked out the State Timeline Panel that ships with Grafana 8? It can visualize discrete states:

Unfortunately the State Timeline Panel does not support scrolling. Does not play well with many rows. Would be appreciated if this plugin were to be signed for Grafana 8. Thanks.
