Build failure on local machine

I tried to build the latest dgs-framework source codes on my local system.

 Could not resolve all files for configuration ':classpath'.
   > Could not find org.ajoberstar.grgit:grgit-core:4.0.2.
     Searched in the following locations:
       - https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2/org/ajoberstar/grgit/grgit-core/4.0.2/grgit-core-4.0.2.pom
       - https://plugins.gradle.org/m2/org/ajoberstar/grgit/grgit-core/4.0.2/grgit-core-4.0.2.pom

I checked the deps org.ajoberstar.grgit:grgit-core:4.0.2, it really does not exist in the above tow URLs.

In the gradle plugin repo, the min version is 4.1.1.

When performing a clean build, it is successful.
