Please enable your Nightscout upload fail notification if you have disabled it

Today's Nightly changes the behavior of the Nightscout fail logs/notifications.

The setting is enabled by default. But, if you have been annoyed by it, you may have disabled it.
Please have it enabled so that if xDrip fails as an uploader, you get a notification so that you know you may need to do something to fix your server if it has gone down.

It used to create one log every 5 minutes and create one notification, with sound and vibration, once every 30 minutes when the uploader failed. So, if you were away from internet access, you would get all of those logs and notifications.
Now, there will be only one log every 6 hours and only one notification a day.
And the notification will make no sound or vibration.
