xDrip+ Carelink Follower not providing UTC offset value

Using xDrip+ as a carelink follower is not providing a UTC offset value (with carbohydrate and maybe other data)

Medtronic does not provide this, but this should be set as the UTC Offset of the xDrip+ device or else 3rd party apps downloading the information will not be able to correctly assume the UTC offset.
