Hi, we're working on a set of plugins to enable usage of hardhat with PolkaVM, Polkadot's Virtual Machine, and it's compiler, revive, but now we're facing a blocker with regards to using the helpers that are only available for development networks. Regarding this, I'd like to know which are the requirements we'd need to fulfill in order to be included in the list of development networks. One of the things that are planned to be worked on are the inclusion of rpc calls such as web3_clientVersion in the nodes.
This is a first approach to fix blockers we are facing at the moment, but we'd be grateful for any general insight you may have regarding this integration process.
