[NCBITaxon] Use custom browser term #1010

As voted in the NCBITaxon repository, it was decided to change the redirect to NCBITaxon instead of Ontobee.

E.g.
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?id=9606
