account_invoice_overdue_reminder: email reminder does not use mail.mail_notification_layout

Describe the bug

When I send a reminder by email, only the overdue_invoice_reminder_mail_template is sent. It would be nice if the mail.mail_notification_layout could be used here, as is the case with invoices.

To Reproduce

Install account_invoice_overdue_reminder and send an an overdue reminder per email

Expected behavior
The email should use the system layout
