Hello @AchillesDougalis,

Thank you for the information. We will integrate and adapt the new design to ESPD Conceptual Model.

We can point out to the way ESPD model is handling the concept in our Conceptual Model, and it is detailed in the code list: Economic operator role. According to the code list, an EO may have one of the following roles:

  • Group leader: Economic operator which is the leader of a group of economic operators.
  • Group member: Economic operator, which is a member of a group of economic operators, without being the leader.
  • Other entity (relied upon): Economic operator (who is not a subcontractor) on which the tenderer relies upon, to meet selection criteria.
  • Sole tenderer: Economic operator which has submitted a tender without being part of a group of economic operators.
  • Subcontractor: Economic operator to whom the contractor assigns a share of the contract.

For any further information do not hesitate to contact us.

Kind regards,
ESPD Team
