Lack of open source thermodynamics database for chemcial properties for species #29

There aren't any databases open that are easy to access to get information on chemical properties for species (such as the parameter values to calculate the heat capacity for a substance). There is a way to get this information by scraping the NIST webbook, but this is unideal. We must determine a better way to access this information for thermodynamic calculations.

There is a package called "coolprop" with the rust library called "coolprop-rs"
