Pass app id into install new (and user new?)

Main playstore: OdyseeAndroidNativePLAYSTORE

apk: OdyseeAndroidNativeAPK

fdroid: OdyseeAndroidNativeFDROID

all should also pass installation type= mobile, domain= odysee.com
