wallet sync asks for password - I don't have a password #452

I'm signing into an account that doesn't have a wallet password and is not locked/encrypted, yet the app asks me to add one.

I do recall some changes to the sync get code - we now only return the data if the hash changed. Maybe that's breaking something?

I signed out and back in, it didn't ask this time. Maybe some sync failure case?
