No mail is Accepted on localhost

This is an entry for an existing PR.

When using the role we get errors in the logs:

Research result:
Apparently somewhere in the Postfix config

mynetworks = 127.0.0.0/8 [::1]/128 

and

smtpd_relay_restrictions = permit_mynetworks, reject

or similar to allow relaying on localhost.
