Request for Update on Gene Perturbation Prediction Task Workflow

Hello, I've noticed that the workflow for the downstream task of Gene Perturbation Prediction has not been updated yet. May I inquire when the related update plan will be released? Or has it been canceled due to some special reasons? Thank you!

Hello, The perturbation prediction task is currently delayed because we are planning a more comprehensive experiment with our latest checkpoints on this task. We want to reimplement a new pipeline but we're short on time (more specifically, the co-author who used to help with perturbation prediction is now working on other projects).

The perturbation prediction results present in the appendix of our ICLR paper were acquired from an older version of the model (per our NeurIPS submission so it was months ago). Sorry for causing the confusion.
