Repository - About

The About tab for a repository shows its key information, including the following and more:

• Key descriptive information about the content
• License information
• Repository activity feed
• ...

Similar to User and Org pages, there should be a defined empty state (e.g. a couple of activities) for the About page, but there also needs to be space for a verbose About page e.g. Snomed-GPS's About page.
