OP2BmpLoader does not create proper monochrome images #259

When OP2BmpLoader extracts a monochrome image from a .prt/.bmp combo, it creates a well formed image (loads fine using paint), but the pixels appear to be incorrectly spaced.

Need to investigate cause of incorrect pixel placement. Perhaps in the forums if we want to compare to images.
