Make the HTML more customizable by giving the necessary elements generic CSS classes.
Create a PHP-WVL CSS theme so that everything looks exactly like it is now

Write theming guide on the wiki here.

Check #21 for a proposed folder layout for themes.
I want the current raffler layout to be a "php-wvl" theme. By creating a custom "themes" like the "php-wvl" one, the raffler should be easily 'brandabl' :)
