Connect the Get applications(#64) endpoint with UI, so all applications can be found on the Manage Application page.

Acceptance Criteria

2. Add a summary section to the get apps endpoints, the summary section is mostly for DACs.

Since we don't have the auth layer right now, this page will be accessible to all users.
