The Bindkey is only showing the FFFF* as above. Wondering if this is a new version of MiBeacon which can't be decrypted? Any suggestions

You can try to re-pair the sensor, sometimes it helps. If it doesn't help it most probably means that it's not possible to retrieve BLE key for this device

Just an FYI: I ran into the same problem recently. I got a key after repairing twice but Home Assistant rejected it. Next attempt is to proxy the app's traffic to see if that reveals anything (and perhaps the keys).
