Audio recording error Tiny editor

Hello there,

A colleague wanted students to be able to record themselves when answering certain questions. They created a question of type « Text bloc » and chose the HTML editor (TinyMCE is now the default editor on Moodle).
Audio recording using the RecordRTC plugin of TinyMCE works, but when we try to attach the recording to the answer inside the editor, we get the following error.

At first I thought it might have been a problem with the editor, but when trying to record something anywhere else (course description, section description, other activities like labels, etc.), it works perfectly, we can attach the recording without any error.
It’s not authorization problem either.

Any idea?
