Change remote name

I changed the name of the organization to "Potsdam ACM" to be more parallel with our other platforms. So, all you need to do is set a new origin for the acm-meteor-app with this command.

git remote set-url origin https://github.com/PotsdamACM/acm-meteor-app.git
