Added the ability to add multiple tabs that will hopefully be searchable as well as make the link in the cards open in a new tab.
This commit is to fix conflicts with materialize and bootstrap in the nav due to a previously added package which has now been removed.

I added the ability to add multiple tags that will hopefully be searchable as well as make the link in the cards open in a new tab.
This should resolve #53 and #52 .
@JessePeplinski and @fuzzn8r , could you check to see if the cards that we originally had using just strings, still work with this implementation? I did not have any cards initially, so they all follow the new design.
