Missing spooky3.dll #9

I've tried doing the solution where I had to create a new shortcut from /resources/app/game/A51.exe and adding "--launcher" as a parameter to get around the infinite looping "Verifying files" screen, however I can't even start up the new shortcut because it says I'm missing spooky3.dll.
