最近一次更新后， Follow 报错，原账号就无法再登录了，我也忘记账号 UID 。
现在只能用 Google、Apple、email 账号登录，但是是一个全新的账号，我之前原账号构建的订阅源全部没了。
这是因为更新了 Google、Apple、email 账号登录方式（同一邮箱）的原因吗？
我想找回之前的账号，现在只知道账号名称，甚至 UID 都不知道，但是用户名称能搜索出来，也能订阅。
这种情况怎么解决？求助
